getting things started

So, the last few days have been about starting some things that will hopefully get things underway for this lil project..... I started this blog (hello world!), started a Facebook Page to save Rawa Kuno Legacy Forest (RKLF), joined Facebook as myself which I will mainly use for ranga stuff, not my personal stuff! 




Then I....started sharing a link to the RKLF interactive map and ask for support.


Ideally, I'd love to get a community of action takers together and just make it happen! 


Two things that you lovely action takers can do for me today - 


1) Buy a little chunk of Rawa Kuno Legacy Forest (chip in with a group of friends if you can't afford the $100 US for an acre)
2) Spread the word and encourage others to buy a little chunk of Rawa Kuno Legacy Forest.


Going to make a list of other things that I need to explore to make this happen.....is there one way to raise $500,000? not sure, but surely there are 100's of ways for 500 people to raise $1000, or 5000 people to raise $100? mmm.....any ideas - please share :)


Take a look at the faces in the picture above - seriously saving these little fella & their home forever has gotta be worth at least raising a hundred or a thousand bucks!
